When you book an appointment at Adelaide Massage Therapy, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. Please understand that missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving a massage treatment.
That said, the policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or have not given at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment if I am unable to fill your time slot.
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify me by phone or text at (306-261-3507), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If notice is not given within this time frame, and you need to cancel your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
Note: In circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.), exception to the above policies on those rare occasions can be made.
Please note that SGI and WCB will not cover missed appointments. This policy will also apply to these claims, but payment will become the responsibility of the patient.
